General Terms and Conditions

Services Offered by Weinstein Security, Inc.
The Training Course offered by WSI is intended to satisfy the 8 hour “Power to Arrest” skills training course required of all applicants for a Security Guard registration with the California Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (“BSIS”). WSI does not issue nor does it have any control over the issuance of a Security Guard license from the BSIS (a “License”). While WSI is a licensed private patrol operator, it is not certified as a training facility by the BSIS to provide Firearm or Baton training courses. Once an applicant has passed the initial licensing course and has been fingerprinted, information on licensing status can be found by contacting the BSIS at 800-953-5210.
